elitetrades.com owns all intellectual property rights in and to the website (including the database, design, text, graphics and layout) and the software used therein and the names and marks “elitetrades.com” and the Customer agrees not to use or copy the same or any part thereof without elitetrades.com’s consent. In particular, the Customer acknowledges that elitetrades.com owns all rights, including trademark, servicemark and allied rights in and to the marks.

4.Disclaimer

Although all efforts are made to ensure the Traders, suppliers and companies listed on the website are legitimate, reputable and have appropriate qualifications, membership to and/or approval of trade related bodies, organisations and associations and that the information on the website is accurate, the listings are compiled from information supplied to elitetrades.com by the traders, suppliers and companies listed and elitetrades.com cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in such information or for the suitability or quality of any services or goods supplied by such third parties listed on the website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select a Trader and to negotiate the terms of any work to be performed by that Trader. Elitetrades.com makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through an introduction made via its website or the services of any transactions whatsoever entered into through its website.
Elitetrades.com does not endorse or recommend any specific Trader that may be listed on its website.
Elitetrades.com does not accept liability relating to the quality or fitness for work that may be carried out as a result of a customer entering into a contract with any of the Traders listed on elitetrades.com.
Elitetrades.com provides no guarantee that a Trader listed on its website and to whom it has passed a customer’s details, will contact the customer.

By leaving any feedback the customer warrants that it is:
A true and genuine reflection of their opinion; and
Not defamatory in any respect.
By leaving feedback the customer undertakes to indemnify elitetrades.com against all and any claims, expenses, demands and losses brought against it or suffered by it arising out of any such feedback being published.

6.Warranties

elitetrades.com warrants that it will use all reasonable skill and care in making the service and website available to the customer.
Elitetrades.com does not give any other warranties in respect of the website.

7.Limitation of Liability

elitetrades.com will use all reasonable endeavours to remedy any faults on its website.
